  • Atlast Food Co., the mycelium food company growing plant-based meats, announced a $40 million Series A round to develop and supply whole cut plant-based meat. Their bacon that sizzles and tastes like the real thing but is made from a type of fungus has attracted financing from investors including a fund led by actor Robert Downey Jr.
